Dr. Anita D'Amico

Dr. Anita D'Amico

CEO of Code Dx

Anita D’Amico, Ph.D. has guided Code Dx’s growth from its inception to its recent funding by DataTribe. She is a visionary leader who is comfortable building from the ground up: She built and grew the Information Warfare team at aerospace giant Northrop Grumman, then proceeded to create and grow the Secure Decisions cybersecurity R&D practice inside Applied Visions, Inc. That work led to the development of the technology that is now Code Dx – initially funded by the Department of Homeland Security – and to the successful spinout of Code Dx as an independent cybersecurity product company. Initially educated as an experimental psychologist, Anita has integrated that experience into her work with technology over the years, with a focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of software developers and AppSec analysts. She is committed to growing the Code Dx product, and team, to bring efficient and effective application security processes to industry and government across the software development lifecycle.
